You will support existing BAYOOSOFT customers in the IAM, TecDoc and QMS/ISMS environment from onboarding to renewal, identify cross-selling and upselling potential and ensure sustainable user success and customer satisfaction through scalable support models.
You provide technical advice to interested parties in the area of Identity & Access Management, conduct live demos and proof-of-concepts, accompany account executives through complex evaluation processes and position BAYOOSOFT as an IAM expert at trade fairs and conferences.
You will support the BAYOOSOFT team with operational tasks relating to reporting, data analysis, presentations, process documentation and minor automation using tools such as n8n, thus ensuring transparent and structured processes.
You will be responsible for the technical development of the BAYOOSOFT product portfolio, set architecture and AI guidelines, ensure compliance under the Cyber Resilience Act and act as a sparring partner for management, product management and development teams.
You design the architecture of standardized BAYOOSOFT products over the entire life cycle, ensure maintainability, scalability and security-by-design and translate customer-specific requirements into viable, product-ready solutions.
As a co-thinker at UID, you will design appealing user interfaces and interactive user experiences in varied customer projects and help to anchor UX sustainably in organizations.
You further develop standardized BAYOOSOFT products with Java or C#/.NET, Vue.js and TypeScript, ensure clean, maintainable code, write automated tests and help design sustainable solutions iteratively according to the MVP principle.
You will manage customer projects for the configuration and introduction of BAYOOSOFT solutions (Access Manager, gpg4o, Themis), advise customers, coordinate project teams and supervise key account management in the mainframe area.
You acquire and support manufacturers from the pharmaceutical, medical technology and in-vitro diagnostics sectors in the DACH region, qualify project requirements, network interested parties with suitable YOOme companies and represent the brand at trade fairs and congresses.
You will identify, acquire and support new customers for BAYOOTEC's customized software solutions, negotiate contracts, expand strategic customer relationships and represent the company at trade fairs and congresses in Germany and abroad.
