Your tasks
As an (in-house) IT project manager / product owner, you will work on innovative software projects for national and international clients from the pharmaceutical, medtech, life sciences and health insurance sectors.
Your versatile field of activity includes, among other things:
- Taking on the product owner role in agile projects
- Recording and analyzing requirements
- Conception of technical solutions together with the development teams
- Creation, maintenance and prioritization of the product backlog
- Planning and execution of sprints and acceptance of results
- Project management across the entire software lifecycle
- Business initiation, calculation, offer preparation and resource planning
- Project controlling, reporting and stakeholder management
- Ensuring quality, compliance and documentation (e.g. ISO 13485, Medical Device Regulation and FDA requirements)
- Further development of our project management methods and processes

Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical training or a degree in engineering, medical technology, IT or economics
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, medtech, life science or health insurance sectors is an advantage
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment (e.g. MDR, IVDR, SaMD) and project management
- Confident handling of CRM systems and digital communication platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Independent, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
