IT Project Manager (m/f/d) Digital Health | Agile Software Projects
As a product owner, you manage agile software projects in the digital health environment for customers from the pharmaceutical, medtech and life sciences sectors, from requirements analysis and sprint planning to quality assurance in accordance with ISO 13485, MDR and FDA.
Your tasks
As an (in-house) IT project manager / product owner, you will work on innovative software projects for national and international clients from the pharmaceutical, medtech, life sciences and health insurance sectors.
Your versatile field of activity includes, among other things:
- Taking on the product owner role in agile projects
- Recording and analyzing requirements
- Conception of technical solutions together with the development teams
- Creation, maintenance and prioritization of the product backlog
- Planning and execution of sprints and acceptance of results
- Project management across the entire software lifecycle
- Business initiation, calculation, offer preparation and resource planning
- Project controlling, reporting and stakeholder management
- Ensuring quality, compliance and documentation (e.g. ISO 13485, Medical Device Regulation and FDA requirements)
- Further development of our project management methods and processes

Your profile
- Degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
- Experience in project management of complex software projects
- Confident in dealing with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ideally experience in the Digital Health / MedTech environment
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
In addition to your technical know-how, you will impress with:
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to clearly structure requirements
