Your tasks
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, approaching and acquiring customers for our customized software solutions.
Your versatile field of activity includes, among other things
- Proactive identification and acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships
- Expansion of current key customers beyond existing contacts and positioning as a central point of contact for customized software solutions
- Presentation and explanation of our software services in an appealing and convincing way
- Negotiating contracts, conditions and prices in line with the company’s objectives
- Work closely with the development teams to communicate customer feedback and drive continuous improvement
- Building a comprehensive understanding of the market, analyzing the competition and identifying new business opportunities
- Representation of BAYOOTEC at trade fairs and congresses in Germany and abroad
Your profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the software or IT sector
- Commercial training or equivalent experience in information technology or a degree in engineering
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts easily
- Negotiating skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Confident handling of CRM tools
- Distinct customer orientation
- Understanding of IT and the ability to analyze and evaluate the information received in a commercial context and make recommendations
- Proactive, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
