Six values characterize our corporate culture: thinking along, agility, transparency, responsibility, partnership, quality and the courage to change. They are the result of over two decades of experience in industries where reliability is non-negotiable. And the reason why many of our partnerships last for decades and remain our co-thinkers.

Thinking along

We call our employees co-thinkers, and that’s not marketing, it’s our program. Those who work for us not only fulfill requirements, but also question them, think them through and develop the best solution together with the customer. We treat every project that is entrusted to us as our own. From the initial consultation to support after the market launch.

Agility

Requirements change. Markets change. This is exactly what our way of working is made for. We work in short, iterative cycles, drive projects forward quickly and react flexibly when framework conditions shift. Our customers get to see interim results early on, can test, give feedback and plan adjustments before wrong decisions become entrenched.

We work according to certified management systems for medical and non-medical applications throughout the Group and are continuously developing these further.
