You will act as a technical contact for customers, assist in service support and operation of BAYOOMED medical devices, support post-market surveillance, cybersecurity assessments and reports such as PMS plan, PSUR and root cause analysis.
You win strategic key accounts for BAYOOSOFT Themis in the field of technical documentation for medical devices, IVD and QMS/ISMS, guide interested parties through standards-driven decision-making processes and position the solution as an enabler for compliance and auditability.
You will acquire new customers for BAYOOSOFT IAM solutions in regulated industries, guide prospective customers through complex decision-making processes, be responsible for discovery, evaluation, negotiation and closing and further develop strategic sales partners in the co-selling model.
You will support existing BAYOOSOFT customers in the IAM, TecDoc and QMS/ISMS environment from onboarding to renewal, identify cross-selling and upselling potential and ensure sustainable user success and customer satisfaction through scalable support models.
You will provide technical advice to interested parties in the field of Identity & Access Management, conduct live demos and proof-of-concepts, accompany account executives through complex evaluation processes and position BAYOOSOFT as an IAM expert at trade fairs and conferences.
You will support the BAYOOSOFT team with operational tasks relating to reporting, data analysis, presentations, process documentation and minor automation using tools such as n8n, thus ensuring transparent and structured processes.
You will be responsible for the technical development of the BAYOOSOFT product portfolio, set architecture and AI guidelines, ensure compliance under the Cyber Resilience Act and act as a sparring partner for management, product management and development teams.
You design the architecture of standardized BAYOOSOFT products over the entire life cycle, ensure maintainability, scalability and security-by-design and translate customer-specific requirements into viable, product-ready solutions.
You develop innovative cloud, web or mobile solutions for international customers in the regulated medical technology environment, implement agile processes and requirements in accordance with IEC 62304 and ISO 13485 and work with modern technologies of your choice.
As a co-thinker at UID, you will design appealing user interfaces and interactive user experiences in varied customer projects and help to anchor UX sustainably in organizations.
