Your tasks

As a working student in the area of Service Support, Post-Market Surveillance & Operations (m/f/d), you will support our BAYOOMED team in the support of our hardware and software solutions in the medical technology environment. You will work closely with the project team and gain exciting insights into working with innovative medical products and regulatory requirements.

  • Assistance in processing support requests in 1st level support (recording, prioritizing and documenting incoming requests via mail or ticket system)
  • Participation in 2nd level support, e.g. in the technical analysis of error patterns and the reproduction of problems in test environments
  • Research and evaluation of relevant information as part of post-market surveillance
  • Support in the maintenance and updating of product databases and the evaluation of cybersecurity reports and exploits
  • Collaboration in the creation and updating of documents and reports (e.g. PMS plan, PSUR, trend analyses)
  • Support in maintaining technical documentation and preparing regulatory documents
  • Close cooperation with the development team to pass on findings from support and for continuous product improvement

Your profile

  • Started studies at a state-recognized university
  • Interest in research activities
  • Structured, independent and precise work
  • Good MS Office user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

In addition to your technical and practical know-how, you have a confident and empathetic manner. You are also characterized by social skills in the form of reliability, commitment and flexibility, and you demonstrate a high degree of independence as well as a strong ability to work in a team.
