IT Administrator (m/f/d) Inhouse
You will look after and optimize the BAYOONET Group's IT infrastructure at the Darmstadt and Berlin locations. Windows failover clusters, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Veeam are just as much a part of your daily routine as professional support for around 360 employees.
Your tasks
As an in-house IT administrator, you will support our team in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure. In this versatile position, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of our technical environment and provide professional support for our employees.
Your versatile field of activity includes, among other things
- Infrastructure management
- Active involvement in the design and conceptualization of the IT infrastructure for a dynamically growing company
- Support and strategic expansion of several Windows failover cluster environments for Hyper-V
- Administration of firewalls
- System administration
- Professional management of central applications and services (ActiveDirectory, Exchange, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365)
- Implementation and maintenance of the backup infrastructure with Veeam Backup &Replication
- Comprehensive monitoring of the IT infrastructure using PRTG Network Monitor
- Project Management
- Collaboration in IT implementation projects
- Evaluation of new technologies to improve the IT infrastructure
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector (IT specialist, IT systems administrator, network administrator (m/f/d)) or a comparable IT background
- Experience in client and server administration
- Confident handling of Microsoft operating systems and the complete Active Directory Domain Services Stack
- Experience in networks, routing and firewalls
- Very good written and spoken German
In addition to your technical and professional know-how, you are characterized by social competence in the form of reliability, commitment and flexibility. You are able to actively listen and analyze requirements in a well-founded manner, and you have a high degree of independence as well as a strong ability to work in a team.
