Your tasks

As a Business Operations Assistant, you will provide support with operational and system-related tasks in day-to-day business. You will take on clearly defined task packages, e.g. the structured preparation of data, the further development of templates or the preparation of internal decision bases – and carry them out independently and reliably. You will familiarize yourself with new topics, tools and processes, think along with others and ensure that topics are clearly documented, comprehensibly prepared and can be implemented in practice.

Your aim is to make processes more transparent and advance operational topics in a structured way.

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Reporting & Data
    • Support in the creation of evaluations and reports
    • Close coordination with the management in the preparation of structured decision bases
    • Analysis and comparison of data (e.g. between CRM, license tool or billing)
    • Structured maintenance and updating of central information in existing systems
    • Participation in the optimization of existing workflows and templates
  • Content preparation
    • Creation of presentations based on rough storylines
    • Preparation of information from different sources in a clearly structured form
    • Support in the preparation and follow-up of trade fair appearances and events in cooperation with Marketing
    • Carrying out small-scale market, competition or specialist research for internal processing
  • Process and quality support
    • Collaboration in the further development of internal processes (e.g. in the context of ISO 9001, TISAX)
    • Maintenance and visualization of process documentation
    • Structured preparation of documents for internal and external coordination
  • Tools & Automation
    • Use and structured further development of existing tools and systems (e.g. CRM, license tool) incl. AI-supported applications
    • Implementation of smaller automations (e.g. with tools such as n8n) according to clearly defined requirements

Your profile

  • Completed studies or training in the field of business informatics, business administration, information management or comparable – or a strong interest in digital systems and processes
  • High affinity for software, tools and structured working methods
  • Interest in AI-supported working methods and digital efficiency tools
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Initial experience with CRM systems, reporting or automation is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

You are at the beginning of your professional career or have already gained some practical experience and would like to develop further in a diverse environment. You work independently and reliably, think in a structured way and enjoy improving processes and presenting topics clearly.
