AI-Driven Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist (m/f/d)

You are our expert in revolutionizing our lead generation through the strategic use of artificial intelligence. Let’s move away from “old-school marketing” and toward smart, automated processes!

• AI Pioneer: You’ll actively use and further develop our existing AI tool ecosystem—from Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to the automation of lead processes.
• Process Optimizer: As part of the team, you’ll manage our HubSpot-based marketing automation. To do this, you’ll technically implement nurturing workflows and continuously drive their performance forward. You’ll analyze our existing lead generation strategies (trade shows, website, social media, SEO/SEM) and help develop automated processes—for example, using n8n—to increase their efficiency and scalability.
• Product Specialist & Use Case Analyst: You’ll dive deep into our complex software solutions for B2B customers in the fields of information security and medical technology—the BAYOOSOFT Access Manager and BAYOOSOFT Themis—and use them to develop marketing messages tailored to specific target audiences.
• Lead Qualifier: You’ll help improve the quality of our leads so that our sales team can work with the most qualified prospects possible. Here, too, you’ll explore automation to lighten the load on our sales team.
• Idea Generator & Strategic Contributor: You’ll regularly exchange ideas with senior management and share your insights on new AI and automation trends with the team. As part of our Product Marketing team, you’ll also work closely with our group-wide marketing team to create synergies and share best practices.

• • IT-Driven & Automation Enthusiast: You have a deep understanding of IT processes, software, and automation. Ideally, you already have experience with HubSpot and AI tools, or are eager to dive deep into them. Generative AI, GEO, and workflow automation are more than just buzzwords to you. Ideally, you even have a background in computer science or a strong affinity for the field.
