We treat unsolicited applications just as seriously as applications for advertised positions. Here’s what happens when you click on “Send”.

We screen across the Group

Your profile is sent to HR and compared with the current requirements of all sister companies. If it fits, it goes to the relevant specialist manager.

We talk to each other

If you are a match, we will invite you to an initial interview, either by phone or remotely. No assessment, no stress test. You get to know the people directly.

Offer or next chance

If it fits, you will receive a concrete offer. If nothing is currently available, we will ask you whether we can consider your profile for future requirements.
