Your tasks

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new key accounts in the field of technical documentation for medical devices and IVDs as well as quality and information management systems (QMS/ISMS).

You are caught between the demands of our customers to develop secure products and resilient organizations and the associated normative requirements, audit obligations and evidence. This is precisely where you recognize the need, structure purchasing decisions and position our solution as a decisive enabler for compliance and security.

You actively guide prospective customers through decision-making processes, address regulatory and organizational hurdles and successfully close deals with new customers. Standardized purchasing processes of our BAYOOSOFT Themis software are mapped via our online store – your focus is on more complex and strategically relevant customers where individual advice, structure and closing power are crucial.

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Identify & win target customers
    • Identification and active approach of strategically relevant new customers in the field of technical documentation and quality and information management systems
    • Prioritization of more complex and audit-relevant customers beyond standardized purchasing processes
    • Use of data-based market signals and qualified inbound contacts for targeted market development as well as active feedback from market and target group feedback to further develop our sales and marketing approach
    • Building resilient relationships with quality managers, regulatory affairs, information security officers and management
  • Actively control purchasing decisions
    • Conducting structured discussions on regulatory, normative and organizational requirements
    • Positioning BAYOOSOFT Themis as an enabler for compliance, auditability and organizational security
    • Development of individual offer constellations for key accounts
    • Conducting price and contract negotiations
    • Consistently driving decisions forward until they are finalized
    • Active opportunity and forecast management
    • Working towards clearly defined targets in new customer business and structured management of your opportunities to achieve your targets

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of software or IT solutions requiring explanation
  • Experience in dealing with multi-level, standard- or audit-driven decision-making processes
  • Ability to structure regulatory and organizational requirements and translate them into clear sales arguments
  • Experience with structured sales processes (discovery, evaluation, negotiation)
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills

You understand complex issues clearly and bring them to the attention of decision-makers. You move confidently between technical details and strategic discussions and work independently, reliably and with high quality. You also have a clear drive to win new customers and successfully close deals.
