YOOme is the largest consortium for medical device development in Europe. We are an alliance of the BAYOONET partner companies BAYOOMED, BAYOOCARE, UID, Puls Produktdesign, and Mechatronic Medical Engineers. Together, we cover the entire lifecycle of medical devices: from the initial idea through design, development, and regulatory approval to post-market support. For manufacturers, startups, and hospitals, we serve as the central point of access to this network of specialists and their services. <\/p>\n

For our sales department at our Darmstadt location, we are looking for an AI-Driven Sales & Lead Generation Specialist (m\/f\/d) who will use smart lead generation and automated processes to ensure that our sales team works with the right leads.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Your tasks<\/h2><\/div>

  • AI Lead Scout<\/strong>: You use modern AI tools and methods, such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), to systematically identify new, promising leads among potential and existing customers. This helps you generate a noticeable increase in qualified leads. <\/li>\n
  • Process Automation Specialist:<\/strong> You\u2019ll develop your own automated qualification processes that turn an initial contact into a genuine, relevant lead. This will help you specifically reduce the number of calls to contacts who aren\u2019t genuinely interested. <\/li>\n
  • Network Monitor<\/strong>: You keep an eye on CRM, LinkedIn, and other channels, identify relevant signals, and use them to unlock untapped potential in existing data and contacts.<\/li>\n
  • Engagement Specialist<\/strong>: You\u2019ll reach out to leads via email and other channels in a personalized and relevant way. The goal is to significantly increase the success rate of scheduling initial meetings for our Sales Admin Team. <\/li>\n
  • Event Automation Specialist<\/strong>: You\u2019ll automate the preparation and follow-up for our trade show appearances to ensure that every event generates as many leads as possible without requiring additional manual effort.<\/li>\n
  • Marketing Partner:<\/strong> You\u2019ll work closely with our central marketing team, contribute your insights from social media and CRM, and help maintain our LinkedIn presence. In this way, you\u2019ll help further increase the visibility of the YOOme brand on social media. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    • Initial experience with AI and automation in sales or marketing: Your <\/strong>forward-thinking mindset and your genuine motivation to make a difference are what matter most to us. We\u2019re looking for a proactive thinker who\u2019s eager to rethink and actively shape lead generation using AI. Your enthusiasm for innovative approaches and your willingness to familiarize yourself with our topics and services are more important for this position than years of traditional marketing and sales experience. <\/li>\n
    • Technical Curiosity: You\u2019re <\/strong>eager to learn about tools such as CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI research tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make), as well as email sequencing tools, and integrate them effectively with one another.<\/li>\n
