This is precisely where you recognize the need, structure purchasing decisions and position our solution as a decisive enabler for compliance and security. <\/p>\n<p>You actively guide prospective customers through decision-making processes, address regulatory and organizational hurdles and successfully close deals with new customers. Standardized purchasing processes of our BAYOOSOFT Themis software are mapped via our online store &#8211; your focus is on more complex and strategically relevant customers where individual advice, structure and closing power are crucial. <\/p>\n<p>Your tasks &#038; responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify &#038; win target customers\n<ul>\n<li>Identification and active approach of strategically relevant new customers in the field of technical documentation and quality and information management systems<\/li>\n<li>Prioritization of more complex and audit-relevant customers beyond standardized purchasing processes<\/li>\n<li>Use of data-based market signals and qualified inbound contacts for targeted market development as well as active feedback from market and target group feedback to further develop our sales and marketing approach<\/li>\n<li>Building resilient relationships with quality managers, regulatory affairs, information security officers and management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Actively control purchasing decisions\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting structured discussions on regulatory, normative and organizational requirements<\/li>\n<li>Positioning BAYOOSOFT Themis as an enabler for compliance, auditability and organizational security<\/li>\n<li>Development of individual offer constellations for key accounts<\/li>\n<li>Conducting price and contract negotiations<\/li>\n<li>Consistently driving decisions forward until they are finalized<\/li>\n<li>Active opportunity and forecast management<\/li>\n<li>Working towards clearly defined targets in new customer business and structured management of your opportunities to achieve your targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:40;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Your profile<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><ul>\n<li>Several years of experience in B2B sales of software or IT solutions requiring explanation<\/li>\n<li>Experience in dealing with multi-level, standard- or audit-driven decision-making processes<\/li>\n<li>Ability to structure regulatory and organizational requirements and translate them into clear sales arguments<\/li>\n<li>Experience with structured sales processes (discovery, evaluation, negotiation)<\/li>\n<li>Very good German and good written and spoken English skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You understand complex issues clearly and bring them to the attention of decision-makers.
